Band Member Biographies

Marty Morreale
(drums / lead vocals)
Marty is the leader, lead vocalist, and the strong beat behind Forgotten Dreams. He is the only remaining original member of the band, formed in 1991 by former lead guitarist Ed Mazzu.  Playing drums early on, Marty sang and Played acoustic guitar on an album of originals with Earth Free in 1973 (which still sells copies internationally!). He then fronted various classic rock groups, helped form the wedding band Night Moves and The Long Riders country rock group. Joining Forgotten Dreams in 1994, Marty's wide vocal range continues to be the signature sound of the band.
 
Denny Beausoleil
(bass guitar / vocals)
A long-time veteran of the local music scene, Denny has performed many musical styles including country, funk, rock and swing.  A former road warrior touring coast to coast with the rock band Driver, Denny has also played with such local notable groups as Hernandez, Benhatzle, The Whiskey River Band and The Release. Denny is a Buffalo Music Awards winner, bringing his own style and dynamic presence to the stage. 
 
Pete DiGioia
(keyboards / guitar / vocals)
"Peter D's" showmanship and versatility on the keys, combined with his vast
musical background, adds a variety of sounds and styles to the band.  He was the founder and leader of the popular band Transition, whose twenty-year run came to a close in 2001. 
Pete has performed as an on-call keyboardist for such well-known local groups as
The Boys of Summer, The Be-Bops , Universal Grille, and Big Wheelie and the Hubcaps.
He's also proven to be a fine addition to Forgotten Dreams.

Barry Latner
(lead guitar / vocals)
Barry is the newest member of the band, a Canadian acquisition from Hamilton, Ontario. He believes that everyone he meets here has an accent.. (eh?)  Barry has been performing live since his teens, and over the years his bands have covered all music genres. 
He also has toured with several national recording artists, including Michelle Wright.
Barry’s versatile guitar and vocal abilities add a refreshing "je ne sais quoi" to the band.
